Engineered with a current sensing hinged jaw, the Bosch GMC600-15 is an efficient solution for electricians and HVAC techs to test conductors with no need to interrupt the circuit. A high-contrast display allows easy readability of measurements even in dimly lit workspaces. Engineered with True RMS technology to provide more precise readings, the meter measures current levels up to 600 A AC and supports a voltage range up to 600V AC/DC via the clamp or the included high-quality silicone test leads. Built for demanding worksites, it meets certified CAT IV 300V and CAT III 600V safety standards and features rubber-reinforced housing for added durability. The IP54 rating provides enhanced dust and water protection. A large, 1.18 In. jaw opening allows for non-invasive measurement of larger conductors. With convenient power flexibility, the meter runs on either AA batteries (included) or the GBA37V10 3.7V Lithium-Ion battery (sold separately). Power cut-off protection prevents operation when the battery compartment is open, designed to help reduce the risk of accidental activation.
