The Bosch GDX18V-1860C is a two-in-one cordless impact driver/wrench for use with bits and sockets. The two-in-one bit/socket drive increases both convenience and power. The two-in-one goes from impact wrench to impact driver fast and includes a 1/4 In. quick-change hex shank and 1/2 In. square drive with a friction ring and thru hole. No more breakage or torque loss often associated with traditional impact driver socket adapters. With 1,860 In.-Lbs. of max torque driven by an efficient brushless motor, this impact driver/wrench supplies plenty of fastening torque. In addition to three speed/torque settings this impact driver/wrench also features special modes. Presets include modes for self-drilling metal screws and wood screws to help prevent work piece and fastener damage. User preferences for specific screws and materials can be set and saved to the tool via the Bosch Toolbox App (connectivity module sold separately). With optional Metal Bolt mode, Auto Bolt Release mode can be optimized stopping tool rotation helping to prevent accidental dropping of bolts and nuts during removal saving time and frustration. In addition to customizing settings and modes, connectivity (module sold separately), provides tool specific information and feedback. The kit comes complete with a CORE18V 4 Ah Advanced Power Battery and a 2 Ah Standard Power Battery for runtime and versatility.
