The lanyard is engineered to deliver the best shock absorption, slowing the tool gradually if a drop occurs to reduce the risks associated with dropped tools. The 72" lanyard has 2X longer reach than a standard Milwaukee 36" locking tool lanyard for better accessibility while working overhead or farther from a tethering point. Double-Locking carabiners require two actions to open, ensuring a secure connection. The Milwaukee tool lanyard has integrated swivel carabiner reduces twists when using tools and is ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 compliant.
