The MILWAUKEE Straight Flute Plug Tap & Drill Bit sets include a precision machined Plug Tap for creating or repairing clean, accurate (internal) threads, as well as the corresponding drill bit for piloting. The Plug Taps feature long-lasting laser-etched sizing for the clearest markings and include a protective Black Oxide coating for corrosion resistance. The Plug Taps square shank is compatible with all standard tap handles or tap wrenches and is designed for through-hole threading. Engineered for durability, MILWAUKEE Straight Flute Plug Taps are designed for cutting threads in the most common metal applications including brass, aluminum, mild steel, and more.
